RECLAIM

INNOVATION ACROSS YOUR DIOCESE

The Church has never lacked conviction. Parishes want to serve their communities well — to meet the loneliness, suffering, and hopelessness around them with something real. Most don't have the process and tools to move from good intentions to lasting solutions.

There’s hope. CorWorks exists to give your parishes what they need to act.

A FUTURE

FULL OF HOPE â€” FOR YOUR PARISHES

The parishes in your diocese are on the frontlines. They see the needs no one else does. They know the families, the neighborhoods, the gaps that no program from the outside can fully reach.

What if they had a framework to turn that knowledge into solutions?

Innovation is simply a name for the love that refuses to abandon the beloved.

This is our calling. What if your diocese said yes?

An initiative of the OSV Institute for Catholic Innovation

CorWorks is a parish accelerator from the OSV Institute for Catholic Innovation â€” a 3-month process that equips parish teams to address complex, local problems using design thinking, rapid prototyping, and community listening, grounded in the Church's Eucharistic identity.

Parish teams arrive at a one-week, retreat-style intensive with a defined problem and a committed team. They leave with a working prototype of a solution, a 3-month implementation roadmap, and the tools to do it again. Each accepted parish also has the potential to receive up to $25,000 in seed funding from the OSV Institute to launch its initiatives.

It's not for every parish. It's for those who are willing to try something new â€” the parish leaders who refuse to let the needs of their neighbors go unmet.

Your parishes are ready to do more than they're currently equipped to do. CorWorks gives them the framework to act.

An initiatiave of the OSV Institute for Catholic Innovation

For those who believe there is more but have settled for less, CorWorks equips parish leaders with a repeatable process from discovery to implementation, producing parish-owned efforts for real local needs.

This is not another pre-packaged program. It's a framework that empowers parishes to create unique responses to the distinct challenges facing their community.

It's not for every parish. It's for those convinced the Church must engage the world and are ready to put in the innovative effort to do it.

If you believe loving people is worth the work, then CorWorks is for you.

HOW CORWORKS WORKS

CorWorks has two phases:

Phase One â€” Accelerator Week

A one-week residential retreat intensive where parish teams follow a disciplined process â€” Listen âžœ Diagnose âžœ Design âžœ Prototype â€” within a full daily rhythm of prayer (Morning Prayer, Mass, Vespers, Adoration). By Friday, teams have a working prototype and a 3-month implementation roadmap with measurable milestones.

Phase Two â€” 3-Month Roadmap

Teams return home and implement, with OSV alongside them every step of the way â€” through structured one-on-one coaching and a regular cadence of group check-ins to maximize learning across the cohort and strengthen fellowship.

CHAMPION, NOT ADMINISTRATOR

Your diocese doesn't manage, facilitate, or fund CorWorks. OSV does â€” entirely. What your diocese provides is something no outside organization can replicate: the relational infrastructure that makes parish participation real.

A word from your bishop. A line in your pastor email. A mention at a deanery meeting. That's the kind of endorsement that opens doors â€” and it's all we're asking for.

Share CorWorks through the channels you already use. We handle everything else.

Details and FAQ

What Does the Diocese Walk Away With?

When your parishes participate in CorWorks, your diocese gains:

Up to 6 parishes simultaneously building solutions for the people they serve

Cross-pollination of ideas across parish lines â€” something isolated parish efforts rarely achieve

A regional network of innovating parishes that outlasts the program

A concrete story to tell about what mission-ready parishes can accomplish

Evidence of pastoral effectiveness that no renewal program alone can produce

What Do Participating Parishes Walk Away With?

At the end of the 3 months, participating parishes have:

A tested, community-facing initiative rooted in the Corporal Works of Mercy

Practical skills in design thinking, community listening, and rapid prototyping â€” transferable to future parish challenges

Up to $25,000 in seed funding from the OSV Institute for Catholic Innovation

The tools to do it again â€” a repeatable innovation process that outlasts any single initiative

What Will the Diocese Do?

Share CorWorks with parishes through existing communications channels

Lend institutional credibility by extending the invitation â€” a bishop or vicar general's endorsement carries weight no external marketing can replicate

What Will You Receive?

A dedicated OSV point of contact throughout the cohort

Ready-made copy and assets to share CorWorks through your existing channels

Early partnership in something genuinely new â€” the first accelerator built exclusively for Catholic parishes

Is There a Financial Commitment Required of the Diocese?

There is no cost to the diocese for partnership.

For parishes, CorWorks represents approximately $300,000 in program value with no program fee. Accepted parishes are required to submit a $2,500 refundable deposit at the time of acceptance, which is returned in full upon completion of the 3-month implementation roadmap. Financial hardship accomodations are available for parishes where the deposit is a barrier.

How Is CorWorks Different From Parish Renewal Programs?

Programs like Divine Renovation, Amazing Parish, and CLI do essential work â€” strengthening who the parish is. CorWorks picks up where they leave off, equipping a renewed parish with a framework to address the complex, local problems the Gospel calls each parish to meet.

Renewal builds the team. CorWorks sends them out.

CorWorks is not a competitor to renewal programs â€” it is the natural next investment for your mos mission-ready parishes.

Does CorWorks Replace Programs We Already Use in the Diocese?

No. CorWorks is explicitly designed to complement, not compete with, existing renewal initiatives. The diocese can position it as the next step for parishes that are formed and ready to act.

What is the Timeline for the second cohort in 2026?
