Through a week-long, retreat-style training, CorWorks will walk your team through an innovative process of discovery, problem-solving, and practical application to a real need facing the people of your community.
Your team will leave the retreat with a clear plan of action, a network of support, and the ability to repeat this framework for any future need your church is called to meet.

What You Bring
A team of 3 to 4 people representing parish leadership.
Your team's full presence and prayerful hearts.
Active pastor support: supporting the cause, approving the direction, and 15 minutes a week to check in with your team.
What You'll Do
Invest one week away at a hands-on team retreat, where you'll shape and test your idea.
Leave with a working version of your idea and a three-month plan to bring it to life.
Post-retreat coaching and check-ins from faithful, qualified experts.
What You Receive
Full coverage of your team's travel, lodging, and meals for the retreat week.
Team formation and training in the CorWorks framework valued at $50,000 per parish cohort.
