The Result
A guided 90-day process that helps your parish move from identifying a real local need to creating and launching something that meets it.
Practical training that becomes a new and repeatable way of thinking as a parish.
The confidence to boldly build a future of hope for the people entrusted to you.
What You Bring
A team of 3 to 4 people representing parish leadership.
Your team's full presence and prayerful hearts.
Active pastor involvement: championing the work, approving the direction, and 15 minutes a week to check in with your team.
What You'll Do
Invest one week away at a hands-on team retreat, where you'll prayerfully shape and test your idea.
Leave with a working version of your idea and a three-month plan to bring it to life.
Post-retreat coaching and check-ins from faithful, qualified experts.
What You Receive
Team formation and training in the CorWorks framework valued at $50,000 per parish cohort.
The possibility of being awarded up to $25,000 in seed funding to help launch what you build.
